How do you give a sense of 10,000 women?<br /><br />Does she write at all about what these women did after the war? It's crazy to think about the jobs women did during the war and then had to go back to their pre-war lives without ever mentioning their contributions. Personally I have a bias against all the books with Gir in the title, when the women involved aren't girls at all but fully grown adult females.
